The shady organization Monochrome is stealing the world’s colors! Its goals are to turn society blank and overtake people’s negative feelings with shadows to form their own army. A struggling college art club becomes a group of chosen warriors on a mission to stop its plans. Palettes of Power’s members frequently clash with each other. Aspiring mangaka Robert Rayzer, symbolized by red, has a passionate personality and impatient nature, making him a reckless leader. As both Palettes of Power and Monochrome fight each other, they learn about the unbalanced world history known as Color Theory.
